Junior Designer
Join SHO.ai — a team of brand designers, storytellers, and coders dedicated to developing a better way to connect brands with their audience.
You will work directly alongside our Creative Director and Senior Designer, supporting and executing on graphic, UI, and UX projects and investigations.
This role will require the ability to find creative visual solutions to ensure that our users are always benefiting from exceptional UI and UX design. You will be responsible for staying on the pulse of the leading web design best practices and making sure SHO.ai is always pushing the envelope in user-centric design.
Responsibilities
- Support our UI and UX platform design process
- Responsible for the development of visually designed sales collateral to aid our sales team in telling the full brand story and respective benefits of using the SHO.ai Brand System.
- Responsible for developing compelling multi-media, multi-channel campaigns across numerous traditional and non-traditional marketing channels that are innovative and accomplish our sales and brand alignment objectives.
- Mentor, guide, and inspire fellow junior creatives
- Collaborate with our Product Developer, Creative Director, and our Senior Designer to ensure all design briefs are clear, concise, and aligned to reasonable timelines that have been set and met.
Qualifications
- Established experience in a design role preferably within a tech startup, an agency or advertising firm
- Excellent understanding of traditional and interactive design, including branding, typography, advertising, sketching, illustration, infographics, logo design, icons, event graphics, print, and digital (web, mobile, UX, animation, social, experiential, video, and rich media experiences) collateral
- Experience with corporate and product brand strategy and brand identity systems, including all aspects of visual development
- Ability to collaborate and work well both independently and alongside team members.
- 5+ years' experience as a designer with experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
